Amos A. Lowder is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Meserve, Mumper & Hughes LLP. He is a member of the State Bar of California, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Central, Eastern, Northern and Southern Districts of California.
Mr. Lowder previously served as a law clerk for the Honorable John A. Houston of the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. He graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law. While in law school he served as the Chairperson of the Appellate Moot Court Board, competed on the Appellate Moot Court National Team, served as an Editor for the San Diego International Law Journal, and worked as a clerk for the Office of the Attorney General, State of California. Mr. Lowder received an A.B. in Psychology from Harvard University, where he was a member of the men’s basketball team.
