Brian K. Mazen is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Meserve, Mumper & Hughes LLP and has been with the firm since 1988. Mr. Mazens areas of practice include business and commercial litigation, insurance litigation, including matters governed by ERISA, bad faith insurance defense, and probate and trust litigation. In addition, Mr. Mazen has handled real estate, landlord/tenant, bankruptcy and personal injury litigation matters.

Mr. Mazen is a member of the California State Bar and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Central, Southern, Northern and Eastern Districts of California, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit. Mr. Mazen is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of California and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.

Mr. Mazen graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He earned his Juris Doctor in 1987 from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles and has been admitted to practice law in California since 1987.
