Michael A. Angel is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Meserve, Mumper & Hughes LLP. Mr. Angel specializes in business and real estate litigation and corporate law. Particular areas of expertise involve representing financial institutions in complex civil litigation matters regarding real and personal property, secured transactions, provisional remedies of injunctions, receiverships, and attachments, the negotiation and restructuring of problem loans and corporate debt, real estate transactions and litigation, and general corporate matters.

Mr. Angel has significant jury trial experience before the State and Federal Courts, and has arbitrated major cases before the American Arbitration Association. Mr. Angel is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles (J.D. 1969), and the University of San Diego (J.D. 1972). Mr. Angel is a member of the State Bar of California and the United States District Court for the Southern, Central and Northern Districts of California.
