Job Description: We are currently seeking experienced 2-4 year litigation associates with top academic credentials from a major law school and experience in a private law firm in the areas of life, health and disability coverage, bad faith, ERISA disputes, and/or employment litigation (defense of management in lawsuits involving wrongful termination, sexual harassment, employment discrimination, etc.). |
