Mr. Chineduh is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Meserve, Mumper & Hughes LLP where he specializes in life, health, disability, ERISA, and insurance bad faith litigation. Mr. Chineduh also has significant experience litigating and advising clients in connection with various business and commercial disputes, labor and employment, contractual disputes, and general corporate matters.

Mr. Chineduh has handled matters from the pre-litigation stage through final resolution, including negotiations, mediations, trials, and appeals. He has litigated matters in federal and state courts throughout California, including the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Chineduh has been regularly recognized as a Southern California Super Lawyers "Rising Star".

Mr. Chineduh received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles with a major in Political Science, minor in Public Policy, and was a member of the UCLA College Honors Program. After graduating from UCLA, he worked as a manager for LegalZoom.com.

Mr. Chineduh earned his law degree from Southwestern Law School where he was a recipient of the John J. Schumacher scholarship for all three years of attendance. During law school, he served as an editor of the Southwestern Journal of International Law, was Co-President of the Black Law Students Association and worked as a judicial extern for the Hon. John Shepard Wiley, Jr. of the Los Angeles Superior Court (now a justice on the California Court of Appeal), and the Hon. Otis D. Wright II of the U.S. District Court, Central District of California. He began his legal career at a prominent law firm in Los Angeles where his practice included major injury, premises liability, wrongful death, product defect and mass tort actions.
